The GMBC operates a mailing list on the University of Vermont listserv service. Anyone may register for the list, read archives, post to the list, etc., by going to this page and choosing "Join or leave the list (or change settings)".  You may use this page to unsubscribe from the list, too.

Traffic is generally light, so you don't have to worry about swamping your inbox. Common subjects include time trial and touring announcements, informal, spur-of-the-moment group rides, personal items for sale or wanted to buy, ride sharing to races around the region, and the occasional bit of witty banter.
